Happiness in life is a great dog

I've got what is probably a simple lack of slot knowledge question. loser I've got Double Diamond and Cleopatra multi-denom machines and have done key 17 programming on both. The Double Diamond has 10 player denom selections in the programming and the Cleo has 4. While programming I can set amounts for all the available players, but when I go to play, each machine only gives the first 3 amounts as denom options. bawling Why do they have that many options in the programming if 3 is all the machine will actually use? Scratch Head On a similar subject, what would I need to switch these over to a touch pad "change denom" format? Both machines currently have the blue button. Thanks in advance for any information yes

In general, you must assign the percentage of payout for each denomination before it will allow you to enable it.  Make sure you have set up the percentage of payout for each Game first, (denomination) under the GAME menu.  Then go back under Accounting and enable each denomination under Player 1, 2, 3, and 4.  If you have a touch pad you can also at this time set up the denom with the corresponding touch pad location.  It goes 1, 2 left to right across the top and 3, 4 on the bottom.

I'll look at that programming. When I was playing with it yestrday, I changed the payout % from 90 something to 97 something. I just assumed this affected all denomination options. Didn't realize you had to set payout% for each denom option. When I changed payout % to the 97% it had like 5 differant options there, listed as games 1-5. I did notice that my accounting denom on the cleo is .01 and it wouldn't let me change it. I thought maybe cuz that was a denom option, but at the time .05 was the smallest denom option. Prolly gotta use a key22 before I can change that. Anyway, that's where I'm at and I'll look at denom specific payout settings, thanks

You should be able to make all the changes with the 17 chip  I dont think the 22 does anything in an S2000

Correct....you need a Key 17. And, correct, you must establish the percentage of payout first for each denomination under Game setup.

Accounting denomination determines how the physical and soft meters count.
I would leave accounting at .01 you can still set .05 as the smallest denomination
