Take the brass screw and wire move it to the top hole.

That will not increase the credit settings though. that you have to change in the option page 7.

Hi I did that. And it still throws them the other way if I hold the hopper up a little I here the switch in the front click and then it will put more coins into the hopper. can I adjust that. Ad if I do will that change anything. I just want it to hold more coins. it is a 3/8 head nut looks like you can move it away so the hopper has room to go down more.
Thak you

When the hopper fills with coins, the coins touch the bolt which shorts to ground.
Moving it higher allows the bowl to fill with more coins. Lower and it will short early.

Installing a drop door to the Cabinet Below is the Casino solution.

Ok I can't do any harm by moving the bolt. It will just hold more coins. won't change any settings in the machine. Reson I want to do this my grandson plays and guess what he does hit the cash out. just to here the coins drop. I get the credits up and when he comes over well need I say more. But they are my joy for living.

Hmmm... I ott to try that. I have been bashing their hands with a meat tenderizer and the cost of new Bezels are breaking me......  rotflmao (ok kidding).

You could set lower hopper limits (ie 5 coins) before it goes to hand pay. Then you just use your reset key.You could also mount a on/off button in the back of the machine that goes inline with the cashout button so it only works when you want it too.

From what I understand, this is an older style hopper that doen't use an electronic probe. It uses a weighted switch.

This can be adjusted. The weight of the hopper bowl tetermins switch activation. The upper left screw that attaches the hopper bowl to the hopper assembly should allow the adjustment. This is with the rear of the hopper facing you. The scew will have a spring under it. This adjusts the tension. So, it can be adjusted if needed.

I have a Bally 5500 7s machine and just dissabled the cashout button. So the button thing is much easier.
