Hello,
i hope someone could help. I have a Bally S6000 model Bonus Frenzy. After switching the machine on, the display shows "88FF ERR" . I have looked into the manual and it says "Catastrophic Error" ; do RAM Clear, when it does not solved the problem you need a new MPU Board. So i have done a total RAM Clear several times. But anytime when switching on the machine the displays dont show "CH C" and "CL C" like it should; it shows "8100" and all lamps are flashing.

Does someone have an idea perhaps what i could do???? Or did i need a new MPU Board?

Thanks a lot!!!  Help

Sounds like a Dead Battery did you check the voltage.

Hi Tim,

thanks for your help. I guess you are right. I have checked the voltage: 0 Volts!  Tongue Out And i have just seen in the manual that "8100" means low bat. So i will buy a new battery tomorrow and try again from this. Do you think it will work then or will a low bat cause more damage?

Thanks again  applause

Once you replace the battery and do the ram clear you will have to reset all your options. After that you should be fine to go !
