What is this machine??  It looks like an S+ slant top with a S2000/Vision-style bonus game.  Anyone ever seen one before?

i've got 5 or 6 of those machines at the house... there are two titles:  cascade of diamonds and also a blackjack one(cant recall the name though)... i forget the company that made the bonus thing... really neat games... just wish i had time to restore them...
