i am trying to get a wms 550 to work without the transformer. i am trying to get it to work with only the main power supply
that is the one with the power switch can any one help me out with that
with out this transformer

Is the Transformer bad?

Part of the Power supply is Linear. This part uses the transformer. If you remove the transformer your going to need to replace that part of the power supply. I do not have a manual or schematic to tell you which voltages those will be.
