"B" is the bill validator stacker ("cash can") door.  Ensure that the door leading to the cash can for the bill validator is firmly closed and latched.  When the machine detects that the door has been closed, the message "DOOR OPEN B" should change to "CLOSURE B", which will remain on screen until the next paid game has been completed.

Make sure the MPU is completely seated in the machine by pushing on it firmly (do this any time you remove the mpu)
make sure the door I/O boards have the the same part number.
Also close door, leave closed then lift and lower main door latch slowly a few times leaving it latched a few seconds each time.
S2000 will stack errors and only one error clears each time the mpu detects the door is closed.

all those doors together at once would make me suspect a pinched wire somewhere; probably the b door switch wire. could have toasted the mpu.
coin-in jam tilt is usually the I/O but could be the mpu also. no "meter disconnect" error as well? usually they come together. check the hard meters; they could be bad or unplugged.
don't think the GK stacks errors like the S2K; i usually go into operator menu to check for tilts then touch "play history" then "exit" to see if tilts are cleared.

check the infrared optics. use your cell phone camera to see if they are all lighting up and not dirty.
follow wires back to motherboard, pull each one separately to see if one could be stretchy,  check near cabinet hinge. -thats usually where they break.
never pull out or disconnect or reseat i/o board(s) with power on -it blows chips in the i/o board (if you get a meters disconnected and or coin jam error that will not correct, -usually a bad i/o board(s)
netplex controls everything, so disconnect and reconnect every part (bv, hopper, touchscreen, printer etc.)  if one component is bad, it can shut down netplex.
