Would be compatible Game Chip versions with Multi Denom with this set,  btw, KEY 17 is correct Keychip for both sets mentioned in the thread Roboto, your set is M. Denom

I have sucessfully Key Chip my machine with key 22 .
Does Key 22 not work with GKv4.0 .
Do I need a different Key Chip for other chip sets with 3902 ?

For the set I sold you and the set mentioned above, the CORRECT Keychip is Key 17

There is No Clear function on Key 17. just opens the Key Menu (no on screen options either)

Now, you probably used the 22 and Cleared it and selected Keychip and basically backdoored the Key Menu, but on the set I sold you if you were to have game fully working, then just want to change games without Clearing and setting up all over the CORRECT Keychip would be 17 to get into the Keychip Menu, if you were to use a 22 (without clearing) it would just boot up to game and not menu most likely, now you are going to get 12 guys to say they use key xx and it always works BULLSHEET there is no one FITS ALL keychip and each set of Gamechips/CPU has its own specific Keychip even though others will do certain things, most people who use one for everything are not really using the Keychip as designed like setting specific options, percentages or paytables, they are just getting it to work, now for the right wager I would be willing to make a youtube video showing this on the set you just got from us.

No need for a you tube video . I just needed to know what I was in for when I install the new chip set tonight . My machine RAM has already been cleared . And the old chips have been pulled . You explained yourself rather clearly . key 22=clear key and key 17=set key. I will order a key 17 later when I get another 3802 or 3902 board .

I have no documentaion that says it will work, you would have to try. The version you just purchased looked like a Canadian version.

Attached are the games for a GK version 5.2, base chip M0000943 for your list.  I believe the 5.2 version is available only overseas and not in the U.S.

Wow!  If that game could be had, that would be a great game for the GK 5.x/3902 collector/user.  Blackjack, poker, some great slots, and Caveman Keno.  I'd sign up for that one for sure.

I have another older GK program (4.0/4.3) that is multi-denom, that uses GME chips: G0001624.
Any chance these might work with this program to make it multi-denom?
Thanks, Jim
