I have a Bally 5500 that I cannot get the pinwheel to turn.  It is giving me an error code 32. The hopper turns fine, but even with the manual switches the pinwheel does not turn.  No LED's lit either.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance

sounds like you have a broken gear in it.  either that or someone removed the agitator screws(machine) which attach to the hub and drive the "pinwheel".

Thanks,

I appreciate your help . . . would I hear the pinwheel motor running?  I don't get the impression that it is even trying to turn.  It has worked since I got the machine, so hub screw removal wouldn't be the cause.  Again, I do appreciate the help!

From your first post, you had said the hopper turns fine, I think I misunderstood that to mean the motor turns.  try pulling the hopper out, reinsert the hopper and hold the advance button. You may have a hopper control board issue.

Thanks,
Wayne
