The personality chips in U18 and U20 determine the payback percentage. You would need to buy a set of chips matching the game in your machine that correspond to the payback that is closest to what you are looking for. Nevada law requires a minimum payback of 75%, and in practical application, you generally will not find chips that pay back less that 85%, although there may be some that were made for oversees markets or the military (not sure if Bally made military chips  Scratch Head).

If you post the name of the game that you are interested in changing, the personality chips that you currently have in U18 and U20, and the payback percentage that you are looking to obtain, one of our vendors might be able to supply you with replacement chips.

You will also probably need a set of clear chips to swap out the personality chips, depending on the Mains used in U3, U4, U12, and U15.

Bally machines usually vary between 86 to 97 percent with a few machines from 80 percent.  an example is below.  In the example the smi number is the 4 digit number and the part number is in Exxxx11X-05  with the 4 small xes being the variables.  Personality chips are always in sets U18 and U20 as stat mentioned.  S5500 and S6000 use the same perso chips for the same game.  Note that two games below use the same chips, but would have different artwork.
