HELP: Trying to change scrolling display in player tracking bar.

I have an IGT S2000 red white blue slot.  Anyone know how to change the display on the player's card
screen ? Currently scrolls & displays :welcome Please enter your rewards card.....Good Luck!
Can this be changed easily to read something else?

All depends on what kind of player tracking system it is.

You can post any info you have about it, and pictures never hurt, either.

It's Bally's. "Says welcome to showboat. Blah blah..."
To the right of the display screen is a numbered
keypad. To the left of it is the ticket printer.
Will try to get pic but now my home computer
won't boot!
So, relying on cellphone now.

If it's a mastercom 250 open the main unit
Locate U7 it's the flash chip either 29f010 or 29f040
read it then save it now you can open it up scroll down slowly find the message and edit it to whatever you want
re save it with another name and burn it.

I thought it would be much easier.
I do not know where U7 ,29f010 or 29f040.
Let alone, reading it after I find it.
I was hoping to simply push a little white
button then use the keypad to change display.
But thanks for advice.

Sorry should have seen you are a new member
by your profile, anyway no it's not as simple as pushing the keypad LOL
If this is something you want done badly I guess you could always send
the mastercom unit out to be reflashed or just the chip you should find it mounted up in the top box section.

If they are a Mastercom 220 or 250 and you have a programmer
