Key in rate is the money in.
Key out rate is money paid out.
For ICT printer take yellow wire of printer harness and hook to your payout wire on the game.

do you know what line that is on the harness? in my cabinet the yellow wire off the ICT harness is connected to the "print ticket" switch.

using that pinout, i am not seeing a payout line ? should it be connected to the same line as the key counter?

PRINT TICKET SWITCH? Scratch Head
IT DEPENDS HOW THEY SET IT UP WHEN WHO EVER BUILT THE MACHINE!
SOUNDS RIGHT BUT CHECK IF THE WIRE FROM THE PRINT TICKET SWITCH IS GOING TO PIN 21 ON YOUR MAIN BOARD CONECTOR.
YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO SET THIS STUFF UP. MAKE SURE THE HOPPER IS TURNED OFF IF YOUR USING A PRINTER.
GOOD LUCK
