I got around to putting new deck lights in my 9 line Cleo. I pulled the switches out and the bulbs were that tight I broke all but one
getting them out. When I saw they were tight I sprayed them w/cleaner & they would not loosen up.
This is the first one that I worked on that the bulbs were like that.

My Cleo was the same way and so was my Double Diamond Run, I used a small flat tip screw driver and just slowly worked them out after i broke the first couple. yes

Then I'm not alone with this problem. I tried small screwdriver & a small pointed pick w/no luck. they were tight.

Best way with those is just use pliers and bust the glass, then grab on to the inside of the base and pull them out.

I've found that putting the entire assembly into a ziplock bag and then breaking the bulb from the outside of the bag works best for keeping the glass from getting everywhere.

I have had the same problem  numerous times     Now I take my cure all DUCT TAPE , cut a piece about 1/2 inch by two inches , attach it to the bulb and just pull it out.
