Need info on Reel Faces slot.   mod. s42m34t-00  will it accept and payout coins?

It should accept and payout coins if it works. That machine doesn't have a bill validator on it so it would be a coin only machine.

The seller thinks it might be an event machine and doesn't know if it can be set for nickels or quaters.

Does the model # S42M34T-00 Ser. S890802738 mean anything?   Is it worth $150 Scratch Head

If its the same as mine is, I'd say no... I wouldn't think it was worth $150 especially if it can't be easily converted back to a regular machine if it is in fact an event machine. It doesn't look exactly like mine inside so it could be a 5000+ or a 5500. The error code list on mine is where the series is listed.

If you are buying it as an investment, its not IMO worth $150. But if it plays well and its a game that you would enjoy playing, thats a different story.
