I have a Reel em in slant top that I can not get to the technician menu. I get to the administration by turning the key.
The manual says press the white botton. If press the white botton while in the admin. screen the game go back to the play menu.
press the botton while in game screen nothing.
Need some help.

No credits, I just went and checked.

Just a shot in the dark, but make sure that the access door to the machine is open (that is, the machine senses a "door open") before pressing the white button.  If you have bypassed the door switch, the machine will likely not let you into the service menu unless it first sees the main door as open.

...and, as Wayne mentioned, make sure there are no credits on the machine.

You cannot bet in administration mode when you enter the "technitian" screen.  With the game in idle, open door and then push the white button.  Having credits or no credits should not stop you from getting into the menus, some options you won't be able to change, but you should still have acess to the menus.
