If someone could tell me if this is even possible.  Scratch Head
I am thinking about purchasing the attached IGT video poker machine  Model B 11079-C
I have not seen the machine as of yet. However it takes coins only. Can this machine be converted to take Bills also? Any help on this question will help me decide in my decision to purchase it.

Thanks
Edison

There is a possibility, some aftermarket units claim to be able to add credits to any coin operated game, do an internet search like for Imonex, mars, etc. Of course there are factors with ID's , etc that have to be considered. Never tried it so don't know offhand.

I can't tell for sure from the picture, but if they're PE+ machines, then yes, it's possible to add an external bill validator.  IGT made them as add-on devices -- it's a metal box that attaches to the right side of the machine and houses the bill validator and stacker can.  Wiring goes from that box to the motherboard of the machine.  I've added them on to my PE+ machines -- they're not too difficult to install, but you'll need to find one and the wiring harness for it.

I saw in the ad that the guy claims that they're both touchscreen models.  I highly, highly doubt that.  If they are, please take lots of pictures of them because I've never actually seen a PE+ with a touchscreen (the schematics briefly mention it, but that's about it).  On the other hand, I've never seen a bar-top drop in three reel slot machine by IGT, either.

Thanks for the responces......
I tried contacting the seller and still haven't heard from him. If he ever responds back I will ask him if they are PE+ machines and I will also ask about the touch screens. Scratch Head
Thanks again for your responces and concerns.
