I sold this I-Game to a home location a few weeks ago and it's working fine with only one complaint, Play volume. cash in volume and Demo volume is set and fine but ticket out you can hear five blocks away. In the volume settings there is only one master setting. the screen wont change to any other sounds to control. I can go into diagnostics and it lists all the differant sounds but no control there any one got any help the cash out is waking up the neighbors.

I think that the Money Volume setting controls it.
At least that is the way works on my S2000.

to get the programs that are actually on the eproms:

with power on, with or without credits doesn't matter, turn the reset key
touch the "accounting" button
in the accounting sub-menu press the "program version accounting" button
it takes a few seconds but then it should list all of the software installed, base, game, cg, bv, printer, etc.
take note of what you need and press "return to game"  applause

A follow up to this problem Tried several fixes recommended by several of you guys Thank you for your help and none worked, Normal sound on game play but raised the roof on ticket out, had Jim at Bettor Slots send me a complete new LAGMFR game set only a international version got it all set up and normal game, Raise the roof on ticket out. I let it play for a day with no change then went back to replace the old software and decided to check a few things out. Got into the top box with the game running and touched the sound board got a shock loud pop and now normal game sounds normal volume on ticket out. Love it when I fix something hate when I haven't a clue as to how I did it.
Thanks again for trying to help

Whaaaaaa?  A shock fixed your volume???  This is also the case with my Game King 5.3 and Super Times Pay Poker?  Volume settings will not affect ticket out volume...that volume is set and it is high!  I would love to figure this one out.

i once overheard a casino tech discussing one of these "no idea" fixes.  he called it FM...Fucking Magic  bust gut laughing bust gut laughing

i thought it was hilarious and i'll never forget it, in fact i use the term every chance i get (which isn't too often cause i usually do more harm than good!)  Duh!

For whatever it's worth, on my Game King all of the .wav sounds are way too loud, even with the .wav volume turned down to almost nothing.  A friend told me that in his experience, if the add-on sound board isn't installed on the main board when you do the clear and key that the wav sounds are stuck at crazy loud, but if the board is present when you do the clear/key that it then respects the wav volume settings.

I thought I had my board installed at that point, but I can't be sure as it was a long time ago.  Your mileage may vary, of course.
