Newbie to the forum,I just received my Bluebird super jackpot party all is GOOD.My question is it will print tickets out with cash value etc but wont scan them back in for credits.I was told this cant be done? If so is there any way around this? Thanks for help on this

What jurisdiction chip is in your machine?  I can't even print tickets.

As far as taking tickets, no way around that ....yet.

Not sure about the chip if you tell me were it is i can check for you.What does this chip do?Also do you know how to change the denomination amount I cant do it through the control panel.

Open the door on the machine and go to the Diagnostics screen, and go to the Jurisdiction screen.  It gives the code and location.

As for setting the denomination, you will have to use a Clear card to set it back up to the multiple denominations you want to use.
