What can I send you pictures of or what could be missing or not hooked up ,that I should look for and it's location on the machine? I have another machine working back lit machine that works I can swap parts with if you can tell me what I should try or where to start. You guys are awesome !!! I can't thank you enough for all the knowledge you share on here and make it a true pleasure to find a problem or upgrade a machine with your guys help! Hail Hail Hail

Appears you don't have the two plugs from the reel harness to the backlight control board. Are they there and not plugged in or just not there period? They would come off the end of the reel harness behind reel number 3

Here's a pic. of the third reel harness ,I don't see anything extra plugs. The harness for all the reels goes to the mother board and then stops there. The first and third pic. that is the the back lit controller right?                    Thanks for the help!

Looks like the wrong harness on reels. Should be a bundle of wires at the third reel. Harness PN60753604-A
which would plug into the large molex connection on your back lit controller at the top.

Items for Lighted 3-Reel set-up:

Door I/O PN75427801 Rev A
Cabinet I/O PN75427601 Rev A or PN75427631 for S-2000
Reel controller board PN76924100 Rev A
Cabinet I/O harness to controller board 607-459-09 A
Power to reel lights located in existing harness near controller board
Reel harness (3-reel) PN60753604-A

You've got it in the first picture you posted. It's on the backwall of the cabinet and has the cable on the lower left side plugged in going to your cabinet IO board. Looks like all you need is a backlit reel harness to replace the non-backlit one you have. Post a classified ad under the proper topic heading and someone'll come up with one pretty quick for you probably. I'd help ya there, but both my extras are for 5 reel machines

Thanks for the help guys!  Hail Hail Hail I posted an ad in the classifieds for a wiring harness. Hopefully that's all it will need!
