:59-There has been a few post asking the question if you can hook up an s6000 sound board to a s55000--I also have a s6000 board (AS-03356-0362)--(not the pro sound plus for upper speakers) that has a 26 pin connector and a single (orange color wire) connector--speaker wires that will connect to the bottom spesaker--This does not match up with anything on the backplane board--I know that J5 is a spare connector but it is a 50 pin. If anyone has any idea of how this board can be connected that would be great info--it may not be possible to connect this to a s5500 without some sort of adapter for the 26 pin from the board--also not sure about the single connector--Hope someone knows about this issue--Thanks: John T

One of the primary reasons the wires and connectors do not match up in a
Bally5500 is because it was designed for a Bally6000... arrow

I believe it is possible and will try to help in a week or 2.  I have something going on that is using most of my days.  If you don't hear back by then feel free to email or pm me.

Thanks,
Wayne
