RULES OF THE SILENT AUCTION

1)  Items being auctioned off are the Grand Prize and Second Place Prize as listed and described under this "SECOND ANNUAL BETTOR SLOTS GIVEAWAY" thread.  This is at the request of the winners of those two prizes.  The items will be as pictured and described.  Delivery or pick-up of the machines will also be as described under the original post.  The Grand Prize includes your choice of either a IGT I-Game Game King, IGT I-Game Plus Video Slot, or, in addition, I am adding to the Grand Prize "options" mix a 5-Line Bally Monte Carlo "Wheel of Fortune" machine.  The Second Place Prize shall be a S2000 3-Reel 9" chop top machine with your selection of at least 10 titles.

2)  Only current CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS on the date and time of the post of this message may place a silent bid for the items.  

3)  To place a bid you MUST send a PM (Private Message) to BOTH "Statfreak" AND "CaptainHappy".  In the title of the message please state as to which prize you are bidding on, either the Grand Prize or the Second Place Prize.  If you wish to bid on both prizes, you may do so my sending two separate messages.  In the text body please restate which prize you are bidding on and the amount of your bid.  DO NOT send e-mails, they will be discarded and not included in the auction.  DO NOT send PM's to myself or Joey, they will also be discarded.  The date/time stamp of the PM as recorded by the NLG server shall be deemed to be the official time of the bid, change in bid, or retraction.  Your bid is considered binding, DO NOT bid unless you plan to follow through if you are the winning bidder.

4)  A bidder may change their bid amount at any time.  You may go higher or lower, or even withdrawal right up to the closing date and time of the auction.  Only your final bid closest to the end of the auction will be accepted.  The date/time stamp of the PM as recorded by the NLG server shall be deemed to be the official time of the bid, change in bid, or retraction.  Your bid is considered binding, DO NOT bid unless you plan to follow through if you are the winning bidder.

5)  Final bids will be accepted through April 24, 2011, at 6:00:01 P.M., MST.

6)  The winner will be announced around 7:00 P.M. MST on Sunday, April 24.  In the case of any disputes as to the time or validity of any bid, or any other dispute arising during the auction, the auditor(s) and Joey will make a determination and inform the parties concerned of their decision, which will be final and binding. By participating in this silent auction, you agree that StatFreak and Joey have the sole right to make such determinations and agree to accept their decisions as final.

7)  The winning bidders must make the donation to NLG in the amount of their winning bid in not more than 72 hours from the closing date/time of the silent auction.  If he/she fails to do so, the machine will then be offered to the second highest bidder, the process will repeat, and so on.

WHAT ARE YOU BIDDING ON?

(1) One GRAND PRIZE of a Slot Machine of your choice, fully shopped and detailed.  It will be delivered free of charge to your local terminal within the Continental U.S. to legal states or to individual’s with DOJ’s in certain other States.  You may also pick up your prize at NLG Headquarters in Arizona or at Bettor Slots in Ohio.  There will be no international shipping of this prize.  You will have your choice of any one of the following machine options:

IGT Game King Video Poker Chop (choice of versions 4.3 or 5.3 software)

IGT Game King I-Game Plus Video Slot Chop (choice of 1 of several game kits)

Bally S6000 5-Line "Double Bar 5 Monte Carlo"  $2/credit high denomination

The retail value of this this prize is $1,600 to $1,900 depending on the winners machine selection and location for delivery.


AND / OR


(1) One SECOND PLACE PRIZE of a S-2000 Slot Machine, standard 3-reel, back-lit, enhanced sound, of their choice, fully shopped and detailed.  At least 10 titles based on current stock will be provided for the winner to choose from.  The machine may be picked up either at NLG headquarters in Arizona or at Bettor Slots in northeastern Ohio.  At the winners option and expense it may also be shipped to their local terminal or curbside within the Continental U.S. to legal states or to individual’s with DOJ’s in certain other States. There will be no international shipping of this prize. The retail value of this this prize is $500 to $700 depending on the winners machine selection.

GRAND PRIZE "the fine print"....

The machine(s) pictured is representative of the Grand Prize to be won by way of silent auction.  The actual machine shall be in equal or better condition.  The machine pictured is shown with optional LCD monitor available to the winner at dealer discount prices and installed for free.  The machine pictured is an I-Game Plus machine by IGT and shall include the additional betting deck making it Video Slot ready to the winner taking the Game King Poker option.  The winner may select Game King versions 4.3 or 5.3.  As an option, the winner may select a video slot from the titles pictured above instead of the the Game King.  The machine shall include coin mechanics in either token, nickel, or quarter denomination at the discretion of the winner.  The winner may also select a Bally S6000 Monte Carlo "5-Line Double Bar 5 Wheel of Fortune" type machine.  Toppers may or may not be available at additional charge given the game title chosen.  The machine shall be shipped FREE OF CHARGE to the closest terminal of the winner per the shipping rules as stated.  The machine may also be picked up at the Bettor Slots Company or NLG headquarters.  At the winners option, curbside residential delivery is available and if taken shall be paid by the winner.  We will only ship to locations as described by the rules of this event.

The 2nd prize auction winner shall be provided a list of at least (10) ten S2000 Reel Slot titles by IGT based on current stock at the conclusion of this event to select from.  They may choose only one machine from the list.  The machine pictured is representative of a S2000 slot machine but may or may not be available.  The machine shall not include coin mechanics but in an available option to be paid by the winner if taken.  Toppers may or may not be available at additional charge given the game title chosen.  The machine may be picked up at the Bettor Slots Company or NLG headquarters.  At the winners option, terminal or curbside residential delivery is available and if taken shall be paid by the winner.  We will only ship to locations as described by the rules of this event.

Alternate Grand Prize Auction winner Monte Carlo machine description:

"Play for the BIG BUCK's" with this High Denomination Bally Monte Carlo "Wheel of Fortune" type machine.  This is a $2 denomination machine with the dollar amounts printed right on the glass....VERY cool !!!  There will be coin mechanics added to this machine where the value of a single token will be equal to 50 credits or $100.  Cash out is hand pay.  The player tracking area will be finished with cover panels and look nice prior to delivery.  It has a WORKING progressive and will be custom set to the starting amount that you would like.  This is a 5-Line machine which really adds to the anticipation and excitement.  This is also the newer version of Monte that allows up to 3 spins of the Bonus Wheel during a single bonus round.
