Thanks to CoorsLight for revealing the tricks
I want to fine tune the information.
Test it before you do any modifications.

Do read the EEPROM and save 2 copies
Use one to make your changes to

DO NOT the CUT feature of the Hex editor.
Make sure you paste in replace mode NOT insert mode.

HxD works great for this.

Scrolling message actually starts at 6175 or at least it did on the version I had to use.
I tried it at 6170 it would cut off the first 5 characters, which may not occur depending on the firmware you have.

about address 620B are 00 00 00 do not go past them or change them.
I think it is best if You end your message with the same 00 00 00 basically three nulls.

You can place leading and trailing spaces to adjust long the top line stays blank before scrolling your message.

REINSERT is at 199E and GOOD LUCK is at 19AF in the firmware I used.

I could post a generic file that can be changed to what you want it to be using the addressed I provided. But I must ask permission from the Gods first!!!! Is this considered copyrighted and not uploadable? Let me know please Help
