Pachislos are very dependable. stir the pot / get cooking They work until they don't.  frying pan  Then you have lots of proprietary Japanese parts on proprietary Japanese circuit boards with Japanese writing on them that no longer do anything when plugged in. Tongue Out   bawling hissy fit frying pan   bust gut laughing bust gut laughing bust gut laughing bust gut laughing
Okay, seriously, My Pachislo and two Pachinkos have never given me any real problems. But if they ever failed I'd figure them for boat anchors.

BTW, so far this poll is getting a pretty lopsided start. rotflmao rotflmao rotflmao

No matter how many choices, you'll always miss somebody's favorite.  Looks good to me.

Well I think its a unscientific poll that is unfairly biased.

Most of us have never owned, worked on or perhaps even played some of the named platforms.

I would think only the likes of Joey, Ozzy, Blueridge and a handful others truly have the experience to be able to answer the polls as presented.
As only an owner of IGT I can't really say Bally is more reliable, or easier to work on. Ok I "can" say it but its not really a qualified response.

Secondly because there are loads more IGT out there, there are loads more people that would have an IGT bias. I think it only fair that the management take steps to correct this bias by sending everyone who has responded at least 2 models of slots.
We will get Statfreak to comeup with a randomization model so this becomes fair.

Fianally this may even be further gender biased as there doesn't appear to be a number of women on this site either.

Yeah, but he's right!! I volunteer to try out a Game King and a CPU NXT machine. It should only take a couple or six years to determine their relative dependability. Then I promise that they'll be on their way back to their rightful owner...   Oh WAIT! Those aren't in this poll either. Tongue Out Tongue Out frying pan bust gut laughing bust gut laughing

Thanks,
