im replacing my old bill validador for the reason it does not recognize new bills so im replacing with a dbv-200 which is same model what do i have to do to make it work  or is it just a simple swap any help would be great

Just swap it out as long as it's the same model (i.e. ID 022/023). Make sure the dip switches on the bottom are all set the same. Keep in mind the DBV-200 even with the latest firmware won't take the new $5s.

thank youi just swapped it and i didnt think it worked cause it kept rejecting the new 5 dollar bill thank youfor letting me know that  i will try tomorrow with other newer bills thank you for allyou help

I think he thought it was broken and replaced it. But the new one was rejecting the new $5s which of course it will.
