I have a NLG member friend that asked me if I knew anything about hooking up this progressive display to his Bally5500.
Of course, being me, I said send me some pics of the front and back of it and some numbers from the circuit board.
When I uploaded them, I realized I've never seen this particular progressive display before.  rotflmao

The numbers  Sherlock Smiley on the circuit board white label are:
"E-205544 REV.A   18/01   V    B23310"

Does anyone have an idea how this display gets hooked up to a Bally 5500?  Scratch Head 3
Also, he has a fixed Jackpot insert of $500, so he just wants it to display "$500".  yes

Attached below are the pictures I received from him.
Click on any of the photos to enlarge if needed.  Thanks >>>

I thought at 1st he was talking about a Mikohn display but this one appears to be a Bally-specific part really...
I'm NOT really a Bally guy!  Tongue Out  banghead
I'm wondering if this display plugs directly into the backplane via a longer harness
or would it require a separate driver board?  Scratch Head 2
Any help on this progressive unit would be very appreciative....!!  Cool Thumbs-Up
A couple more pics you can click on to enlarge if you need to...>>>

For some reason that looks familiar. I think it was for a Bally, but Sorry I can't help.

Ford, that is the display that you gave me! Bunker, thanks for posting this. If we can't get it to go, maybe I will buy one of those displays from Flea-bay that you can display any message on and install that in the window of the glass. Like I said, a progressive is not needed here, just a fixed amount. I know that Rudy's has a whole Blazing 7's kit with the display and controller but that is overkill (where the heck was that kit when I needed it 2 months ago) (rethorically wondering aloud)

I have some but I can't remember where it came from.  Scratch Head  rotflmao
ANYways, I'm kinda leaning to the idea that reho's display needs to get hooked up with
some sort of a driver board...but I really don't know
as none of my Bally documentation shows this in detail.
