Bally Power Supply

I have to replace the power supply on a Bally 6000.
The one I want to install comes from the US (Line Voltage set for 120 on the sticker).
In France, the input voltage is 220.
Do I need to change something before swapping boxes and plug ?
The fist 2 pictures : old (front & back)
The last 2 : new (front & back)

IF it still has the original power supply inside the case, that had a jumper.
Most have been replaced over time with an aftermarket (better) product.
Those don't have the option.

The one in the top picture is the new auto voltage sensing type.
The lower picture is the older manual jumper type.
If you look at the front cover on the lower one you
can see the jumper directions for the voltage settings.

Good catch, I have been using those PT65B as a replacements, but never looked at the voltage requirements of it.
From the manual  

Input Voltage 90 – 264VAC (127 – 370VDC)
Input Frequency 47 to 440Hz
AC Current (typical) 1.6A @ 115VAC / 1A @ 230VAC
Inrush Current 20A @ 115VAC cold start / 40A @ 230VAC cold start.
Leakage Current Less than 0.3mA @ 264VAC

So yes it will self adjust.
as for the transformer, I believe he already has the 220V transformer, just needed to replace his power supply and couldn't find the jumper setting.

By looking at the schematics I don't see why you will need to change the transformer
and they only list one transformer for this machine.

The defective one (first 2 pics) is a Part#AS-4238 53 REV C (Date=1998)
The good one that I want to install (last 2 pics) is a Part#AS-4238 19C REV C (Date=1994)
Like Proten says, there is a sticker on the front cover with the jumper directions for the voltage settings.
The problem is : I don't see any jumper inside !

Some one could have changed the board out for the newer one.

Both of the two top Pic. are different than the one I have. Mine has a date of 01.

I have a idea that I think will work, but a real electrician is what we need.

 As I understand it 220/240  is two 115/120 wires ran to the machine. My idea is only run one 115/120 to the machine. No mod. to the wall plug at all, only two wires going to machine one common ground and one 115/120 hot wire.  Someone tell me why it won't work!!

Bruno  I'll make you a offer, I not to long ago bought a few power supplies for $10 each. Couple of weeks ago I mailed one to a member in Northern Ireland. I removed all the insides of the PS from it's metal box and made everything fit in a small flat rate box. Shipping for that box was $17, the flat rate box that the whole thing would have fit in ( with the metal box ) would have cost around $45. I'll make you the same offer I made Bigslope $10 plus shipping.  Please turn me down if you don't like the offer, cause at best it's a break even deal for me.

Conclusion : If your power supply had a jumper inside, you must move it to adjust the input voltage.
If not, you can plug, Neonkiss is right : it will self adjust.
