Aristrocrat "access opens" error... help

As the topic states... I'm working on a Aristrocrat with a '** access opens **' error message.  I can bet it has to do with the computer boards area where there is a magnetic switch.  Well someone swiped it off this machine.  Does anyone know how to jumper/ bypass this switch?  Thats all I need to get this game running.

  a little more info is needed Ron.  what model of Aristocrat machine do you have?  is "**access opens**" all that you see on the screen or is the game image there with this message at the bottom of the screen?  can you enter the attendant menu and see what the "current lockup" is?  if you know what you're looking for can you provide the system base and game program version numbers also please?

Its a slot machine with reels.  This displays on the bottom of the LED bar across the bottom below the reels. My problem that I have... I don't know anything about these machines.  I just learned how to reset it from a battery failure.  Also which is weird.. on the plate on the side... No model number.   When I sit down with it at work I'll get the program code or any numbers I can find.
