Will it take a coin?
Are there any messages?
Did you try opening & closing door several times?

When you open & close door are you getting latch down ALL THE WAY each time?
Does anything happen when you push the spin?

Just to clarify, is this a S+ ? If so, is there anything on the LEDs?

Ok, since it's an S+, what if anything is displayed on the LEDs when the door is closed? If you open the door and press the the self test button a few times, do you get anything on the LEDs? If so, when you close and latch the door, does the LED display clear? Just trying to quickly see if the door optics are working.

Ok, that's a start. First check all of the fuses AND the fuse caps (swap caps around to see if the symptoms change).  Then re-seat the MPU (with power off). And as noted above check all cables and make sure they are seated. Check that white Molex cable that goes from the power supply to the motherboard (the board the MPU is plugged into). It may be burned. See this thread for a picture http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=9367.0

The Fuses are all good.  Noe burnt wires or connectors.  on The MPU do you want me to use the clear cmos chip?

NO! At least not yet. You have no LED display or self test display, so something else is most likely wrong.

Did the game ever work?  Did you re-seat the MPU? Can you post some pictures?

The game worked fine but then it started acting up when the coin comp. Started to not accept the coins.  I fixed that by adjusting the coin comparator. now THe Led will show a 3200 on the LED for a brief second and then it will do its reel test then it will make a click sound and the Spin button will light up as well as the cash out button.  The coin accepted will be lit as well as the Insert coin and the number 0  will display on the coin in led.

3200 is a hopper coin jam error.  Check your hopper. Pull it out, hold in the brake and make sure it can turn. And of course make sure there are no coins jammed.

sounds as if the machine was in one of two modes:   bookkeeping  or  diagnostic tests     since you turned the jackpot reset key   as per your first post      bookkeeping mode.
