HELP, switched my i game plus from tabasco back to cleopatra. goes thru key just fine, but when the sg is installed, and started up all i have is a white screen, can switch all back to tabasco and works fine. anyone know what might be going on here????. Thanks in advance

I echo Ken's response.  Funky output on the screen is usually because of a poorly seated chip or bent/broken leg on the chip.

chips are seated fully, no bent legs. could i just have a bad chip?

Did the problematic set used to work in your machine?  Which key chip are you using?  Do you see the key/memory clear menu when you have your key chip installed on the board and if so, have you tried clearing the memory too?  Or do you even see the menu?

chips came in the game, it was working. switched to tabsco, it worked, had a key 40, broke it so using key 22

And using the 22, do you see the menu screen?  The 40 is an updated chip that replaced the 22 for whatever it's worth.

menu comes up as it should, allows all settings, when finished and it reboots the screen goes black with pixels in it and does not go to game.

Could be a bad chip then.  Testing that same software set in another machine would tell you for sure.

Tryed installing the complete set of cleo chips in another working machine. same results. wont go to game after reboot. just black screen with pixel marks.
