I bought this machine on a whim. previous owner said it was stuck on tilt and would not play. Once I got it back to the shop I noticed ram battery solder was broken. I checked batt. voltage it measured 0.2volts so I replaced it with a lithium 3.6v battery an now have 3.636 volts to ram. when powering up machine I get the following numbers in the LED readout (see Pics). I only have a military operaters manual not a service manual. What I don't understand is each time machine is powered up and down I get a different set of numbers. Any ideas? where should I start? Pushing reset does nothing and I pushed the test button twicw on initial startup after batt. change and it seemed to activate all solenoids. Tilt light does not light not does insert coin light. I'm VERY new to these machines and have no clue where to go from here..

I would look at the old battery first and see if it is a rechargeable nicad.
The machines I have use a rechargeable battery so if the battery you
put in is not rechargeable then you will need to remove it .
Putting a nonchargeable battery in a charging circuit is asking for problems.
