I'm not a GameMaker expert, but I believe you can find the software version inside one of the service menus in the machine.

Did the hopper ever work for you?  Is it enabled?  Please give us more information as to your situation and what your machine is or isn't doing, and our members will be able to better help you.  What happens if you win and try to cash out?  Is there a ticket printer installed in the machine?

The more information you can tell us about your machine, the more other folks will be able to help you.   propeller

Update....

Yes, I was able to get the hopper to work....there is no printer....

I did download the Setup and Operations booklet..Module 2... from Rudy's....I am starting to read it....

Are there other service books for the machine? like IGT has for their models?

How do I find out the Version of my machine?

Thanks,

John

Thanks to everyone for your help....

One other quick question....the candle or tower light is very dim...I have tried all the configuration options in the menu...but none work to fix this problem...I changed bulbs and candle/tower...but the same thing happens....any ideas on how to fix the light is appreciated. The light is not grounded and do you think the bulb may be the wrong size???
