Bear with me as I am new to all this, I have had this Triple Double Diamond for a number of years and it has worked fine, I have the reset key, though not sure what the codes all mean. here is my problem though...
I put money in, it immediately cashes it right out, I checked the CASH OUT button, the swith isnt pushed I even disconnected the leads, to make sure that wasnt it. The Lower candle is flashing fast, and it shows for example, WINNER PAID 4, Credits 1 it will take the money as soon as i put a dollar in, it cashes it out...any thoughts? Like I said bear with me this is new too me

Before you put the money in push the cash|credit button, should hold the credits then

On a more serious note, don't you have to press and hold the cashout button for a couple seconds to change the credit mode?

You just need to make a small adjustment in your settings to force all bills to go to the credit meter rather then being paid out by the hopper. Please post the number of the SP chip in your machine and we can give you detailed instructions on how to do that.
