hello: I have a validator wba jcm start very slow and sometimes fails.
 if anyone knows anything about this problem please help me.

It's a rather common ATX power supply box...
You can probably replace it with a regular computer PS.

Or, his machine needs cleaning and lubrication. In similar cases I just put some oily contact spray (other lubricant can work as well too),  at the side gears of the BV and since then, they running perfect for about six months now.
They ware installed at Atronic machines and 80-90% they failed to initialize.
