Hi all. New to this site and I have a couple questions...
I have a S-2000 Musters 3-reel slot machine. The reel strips are a little rough and I'd like to replace them. Anyone know where I might find a set? I could also use a new belly glass as mine is a little faded from the light tube being so close behind it. I see many posts about "EI". I assume "EI" was a reproduction company? What does "EI" stand for? How do I contact them?
Thanks for your assistance.

I love the Musters ... especially on a Hotdog   rotflmao rotflmao rotflmao rotflmao rotflmao  ...   ( Ahem... Munsters)...   EI  is Express Imaging; they won't be able to help you as they don't do that anymore due to copywrite  lssues.   Try the vendors on the homepage of the site. One of them should be able to help.  Bill

Yikes, yes Munsters... it was 3am when I posted. I was so tired I misspelled it twice.
Thanks for your reply.

The rumor was that E.I. got raided by federal agents but I've never seen the actually story on that...

Those 2 or 3 coin Munsters strips are NEXT-TO-IMPOSSIBLE to find...hen's teeth.
I sincerely wish you the best of luck.
Last set I saw go for sale...ran up to over $350 bucks I'm afraid.
Of course, that included the glass as well.

May I ask, does your machine have backlit reels installed?
Are the OEM strips you have in there now...have backlighting shading?

Yes, my game has backlit reels and the reels strips have the backlight shading. However, I just noticed my reels are not back lighting  Scratch Head

Are the lamps good?
They should be in a "dim" state when the machine is idle.
They never really go completely out unless you turn off the power switch.

The Back-lit reel lights are suppose to be dim when sitting there idle. They only get bright when you hit a payout & Herman says something.

The black Bats are really cool with their eyes dimmed showing through the strips.

I have two sets but are reluctant to sell because of what was mentioned before. I have to think about it. It took me about three weeks  almost every day on the phone.
My strips are not E.I. but the factory back-lit by I.G.T. They are not Minty but are in very good condition.
I hate being in this position. I don't need two sets but what if I mess one up.
I'm on the Fence.
