Turn it over and look at the bottom of the board.

Find the ground connection. From there you can see which caps are connected to ground via their "-" lead. Those are on the positive voltage outputs. The caps that have their "+" lead connected to ground are hooked to the negative voltage outputs.

From there you can look at the voltage ratings on the caps and sometimes figure out which voltage outputs are which based on that. (The 36v output will probably have 50v caps on it while the other voltage outputs will have lower ratings)
