NEED HELP WITH KEY & CLEAR CHIP ISSUES 5 REEL--FIXED-THANKS

I'm installing a new game into my s2000 5 reel Double diamond pennies.To keep things short I'm using printed instruction for the clear and key.All was going well intill after key chip i install the game Sb chip,it brings me to  7 key chip config,i press the spin 4 times to accounting,the service/change and cash out buttons,spin reels and bet max lites are lit up,my instructions tell me me to spin button one more time and toggle button should light up,but those buttons don't light up,thus i cant change my denomination from 25 cents to the desired 1 cent.What am i missing here?do i have to perform the clear one more time or can i get by just performing the key.Or are my key and clear chips wrong,as i mainly used them on my s2000 3 reel,this is my first 5 reel

If your clear chip ran successfully there should be no accounting denom showing. Try rerunning the clear chip and be sure to wait for the two green lights on the mpu before removing it

Is the eprom for your Clear chip a 40-pin chip?
