A few members have been PMS'ing me about the LED lights on the S2000 MPU during a Key chipping procedure.
The IGT technical writers must have their machines laying down on the floor when they wrote this sheet!!!   bust gut laughing
My S2000 MPU LED lights are placed in a vertical position - same way humans stand.  arrow

This sheet, of course, elicits a question from me...
Do some S2000's have their MPU's installed horizontally?  Scratch Head 2

Anyways, this is what I've found on it...>>>

Bunker I only use a Key 31 and I never look at the LEDs.  If it took the key, the VFD will say " Net Plex Link Down " I don't know if the other key chips do this or not.

The 1st person who showed me a Key chip procedure was BettorSlots when I was
at his place a few years ago when I bought my 1st S2000.

I never forgot what he was showing me about the LED lights during different procedures -
whether you were keychipping or ram clearing.
From the start in S2000's, I was taught the RIGHT way to monitor the MPU.  propeller

Hummm   I guess that must mean I do it the WRONG way.  I truly hope no one tells all these S 2000  I cleared and keyed, that I didn't do them the same way Bettor Slots does, they may get all pissed off at me.

Of course, I don't do everything by the book either! LOL

I vote for either a manual rewrite, or a picture tutorial using screen shots.
Yea, when I first seen this in the manual for doing my first key chip, It begged the question....
Oh...that right....or is it that left? Or top is left, and bottom is right?
and who is on first base? Who is buried on bottom?
(they bury dead people stacked on top one another now ya know to save space)

10 million people in New York City at any given time.
They bury them standing up in Queens... knockout

I vote for you to add the lines in the manual that Left [<] & Right [>] LEDs are for Slant/Sit-Down machines
and Top [ ^ ] & Bottom [ v ] LEDs are for Upright machines!!  YOU ROCK!!!
