I'm trying to find out about a Free & Easy Slot made By Sigma Game Inc. The machine starts to turn on, the reels turn, but it stops and the display says "Please wait game loading".

If after waiting for a few minutes and the game does not load, I would do a hard clear.
First make sure you have it plugged into a surge protector. Open the door and below the power switch you will see a reset button. You have to turn and hold the reset key on the side of the machine while at the same time hold in the reset button below the power switch, then turn on the power switch. Continue to hold the reset switch key on the side and hold in the reset button for 30 seconds. Then let go of the key switch and the reset button. The front display should then read ram cleared turn reset key. Follow those instructions then shut the door. Any problems let us know - Koni
