I purchased an IGT Double RWB 7 machine.  When it first powered up, it kept reeling to the last jackpot and then hopper empty 3300.  I tried reset several times, but would only show credits and hopper would try to payout again.  Turned it off and when I turned it back on, LED would not come on at all.  I have another machine and pulled the proocessor board and exchanged just to see if LED would come on and it did.  Then I tried the &'s processor board in the other machine and nothing.  So where do I start with the processor board?
