will it accept coins?
Are you able to run the various tests?
If you mess with the reels does it flash reel error codes?
Does the Pseudo Coin button work?
Does the white button on the coin optic apply a credit?
Does it beep an error code a few seconds after start up?
is the Red lamp on top lit?

All I'm seeing is the attached, does seem like a valid combo, unless you type-o'd it above.  Machine will not play?

Mine has door code 70 when open, after closing still there, put a coin in still there, during the spin it will update to how many coins were put in and the pay out, then it works normally.

I'll go play with mine to see if I can get that type of code, i.e. if reset or test is always pressed...

Should be top key, from what I have read, but mine has never worked, not sure if it's a Dip Switch option or the way the chip is programed.

What I have found, when you hit a jackpot and the hopper can't pay all of it (cause you just don't have that much change to start out), mine fails for a 59 or 54 code (can't remember which), the only way to clear it is to add at least 10 coins to the Hopper, Hit reset and then run Test 4 (Hopper), it should payout 10 and return to normal after you close the door.

Press Test button (Right side Switch on Hopper) 4 times, watch the display button while you press button, sometimes it don't work when you press it, cheap switches.  See attached Test sheet...

I have a Series-E 2000 machine and it seems like all my codes are about 20 higher, i.e. 50=71 (Door), Hopper Empty 32=54 or 59 (forget which).

Don't forget to add at least 10 coins to the hopper, else you'll get the empty code after it spins for a while...
