I See The Two Round Key Locks, On Either Side (Which I Don't Have The Keys For), Bit If I Did, I Still Don't Know How The Front Plastic Cover Comes Off.
Is There A Hinge on The Top, Or Bottom?
Or, Does It Pul--Straight Off?
Is There A Release Catch, In Addition To The Key Locked Sides?
This Monte Carlo Came From TRUMPS Atlantic City.
So, If May Have TRUMP Keys For The Top Box, The Key May Be GENERIC BALLY Key.
If Someone Has The GENERIC Key For Monte Carlo TOP Boxes--Let Me Know.

No generic lock that I'm aware of. I drilled mine with a 1/8" bit on each pin in the lock. Make sure you have something to replace them with and tape the top edge in place as it hinges from the bottom and tries to fall off when the locks are released.

Also be aware that the lighting plug on the bottom of that front cover is on a short leash and must be unplugged before the cover can be fully removed, so have a ladder or chair handy if the machine is sitting up on a stand

After you drill the locks and take them out and your finished your repair, look at the top of the cover, you'll see a plate that goes inside the box then it's closed. Drill a small hole in the black box so that it goes through the box and plate. now you can drop a short bolt in there to keep it securely closed. If not it may fall open causing definite damage and possible pain.

If you purchased retail I would be pissed that you didn't get key, we have had many wheel games and opened all with standard Bally cage key  52923 off top of a stuffed up head

A 52593 is most used on factory bally locks, it also unlocks my cashspin/monte top wheel also and works on many including alpha's etc.
