Has any one heard of a bally 1183 model??

I havent been able to find any thing on a 1183 bally machine...

I have had a contennetal and they are taller....

But the in sides look like that...

But it also looks like a 1090 also in the in side..

I too think it is modified version of the Super Continental.  Since no info can be found, it is probably a model for foreign(Dublin 12) use. If you substitute the "5's" with the target and the "11's" with the star that are on the Super Continental it is the same. The payouts of course are different. Would need to know the number of symbols and # of ea. kind for comparison.

The Super Continental glass had a separate payout section in the lower left for the 7, star, and target, with extra payouts for 2 of same symbol, hence the taller payout glass. Room at the lower right for credit meter on some models, otherwise blank. Also, little to nothing behind your top glass, unlike the Continental, as yours looks to be a single coin.

the dublin manuf machines are classified as EXPORT - finding any documentation stateside is doubtful.

I have looked at the site and there is no model number 1183

i think it might be like fox slot say...

It is intrenatinal machine from ireland..

I will keep looking for somthing....
