I have an IGT 4 reel machine, sevens wild, and replaced the battery and now have a "No Spin 1" error message that prints out on the winner window read out. Can some one help me here? The wheels have kicked off when i manually trip the lever off the motor driven camshaft. I had the problem once before, but can't remember what i did to get on line again.

Pull the reel bundel out and check the fiber washer that rides on the cams.
Mostlikely they are broken.

I need 4 of the bundled fiber (looks like hard cork) washers that ride on the cam for my IGT M Slot. It appears they are 1" OD and .5" ID. Does someone have them for sale please?? Pictures of the Machine are posted in my profle and 1 here. I am in fredericksburg, Virginia 22404. Really could use them today!!! Thanks!!

You can replace them with a bearing.
As I remember they are 1/4" I/D   3/4" O/D  and a 1/4 inch wide
