When I hit a hand pay amount, anything over 1000 coins, it goes into hand pay mode but the amounts are never shown in the winner paid window. The credits and winner paid window go blank, until I use the reset key then the credits that I had show up again. I see in some photos and saw it in casinos, the amount shows up in the winner paid window. Is there something disabled in my S+ configuration that's not letting this hand pay amount show?? Just curious as to why it's not showing up...

Yes - this is an option you can set on the machine - from the PSR...

Hand-Pay Lockup Display
Option <0> [13]

Options are enabled {1} or disabled {0}.  If enabled, the hand-pay amount is displayed when the game goes into a hand-pay (jackpot) lockup condition.

I assume yours is currently set to 0 or disabled...

Okay, Please excuse my ignorance as I have never done this. How do you enter that mode? Also, my spin reels button is currently broke and does not work. I see some of the option changes are made with that button.

Thank you!! I did the above and managed to get the spin reels switch to click once, just enough to change it to 13-1. Just need to hit a hand pay now to see if it works!! Thanks again!!!!

LOL!! That's a good idea! That way I can see if it works, without waiting for a hit over 1000 coins. Cool, I'll do that!!!

Check the underside of your spin reels button to make sure that the little cherry switch is seated correctly to be pressed by the button on the machine.

The bulb burnt out when I received the machine. When I went to pull out the cherry switch, the surrounding plastic shattered and now there's nothing there to hold the switch. When I went to pull out the bulb, the two little switches pushed down and now they don't spring back up. I have a full set of new ones that I ordered, that hopefully will be shipped tomorrow. It looked like that switch and button never had a chance. The plastic broke into all kinds of pieces and the switch seems like something sticky got into it. All of the other ones work great.

Happcontrols.com had the entire five piece set NEW for $5.00. I ordered them on 02-16-09 and they told me today that they are shipping out tomorrow, 03-12-09? That's how long I have been waiting. The weird thing though is after I saw how much other people were selling them for on e-bay and stuff, when I went to buy more the following day, the price jumped to $29.95. When I asked the saleswoman at happcontrols about it today, she said that deal was valid and the entire five piece set was priced at $5.00 for about one month. I wish that I would have bought more at the time....

Have you ever ordered from Happ before? ...Wait 'till you get the real  bill. muted

You might still make out alright, but Happ likes to surprise every customer with their very own, personally customized.. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE, which Happ never has handy at the time of the order. knockout

Yes, I found this out the hard way. I almost crapped myself when I saw how much the shipping was. This is a one time deal with them. I was so mad at their shipping cost's, I swore that I would never again order from them. And yes, no where on their homepage is any mention of shipping cost/bend over cost!!  hissy fit

They must have made a mistake, they sell the individual buttons for almost $10 each, but I would be curious to know what the final price was with the S&H and minimum order charge, last time I needed some bv beaks they had a 50 buck minimum and charged 5 bucks extra since I only spent $30, I would have bought more but they only had 6 at 5 bucks each and was at a warehouse that was for amusement stuff and didn't have anything but pinball rubbers it seemed, but that was appropriate, that they used protection that is

Yea, that's what happened to me as well. I had to order at least $25 or it would not let me checkout. To give you an idea of how bad the damage was, the other $24 worth of stuff I ordered totaled $36 in shipping. $60 for $24 worth of stuff. One item was a slot candle and the other was a UV money light checker, the size of a fifty cent coin. That UV light came in a box big enough to almost put a hopper in and I'm serious about the size. I'll keep you posted on how bad they stick me for these buttons... Those damn buttons are the reason I ordered from that place and your right about one costing $10. I saw that and then saw the entire five piece set priced at $5, so I bought two other items I really didn't need, just to get the buttons. Here I thought I had found something at an unbelievable price and the entire time they were laughing their A** off!!  Duh!

Here is my receipt for those items:

Well for NLG members single sets would be a dollar more $23, but you don't have to buy the other stuff and pay the other shipping

That's good! I learned this one the hard way. If I had only joined BEFORE I ordered!! Duh! Plus, you won't have to wait one month to receive them if you order elsewhere...
