I have an early Stern Pinball machine with a burnt display. It's a 6 digit SS, and I believe it's the same as the early 6 digit Bally's.. Does any one here know where I can find a good used one other then Ebay  Scratch Head    It does work, just has a section that doesn't light on the 5th, and 6th displays

Thanks Gary

When you say section that doesn't light do you mean a segment or the hole digit? I can probably help you repair this. There are some resistors that are known for going bad on these.

Jerry,

Not the whole digit, just a segment or 2 don't light up on the top of the 5th & 6th digit... I wasn't sure if it could be repaired due to the burn marks on the display pictured..

Yea I've seen them as well as the used displays selling for $49.99 on Ebay. I was just hoping not to have to spend that much.
