Hello, I'm working on a  Mardi Gras Jewels, Igt slot M as shown in the picture I uploaded. My friend whom owns it said that its worked in the past. however i noticed that there was a loose cc (16-d) not plugged in the cc area.
I'm missing a coin acceptor and am getting an out of order and tilt call attendant message. I'm not familiar with the M slots but own and have fixed numerous issues on several IGT S+ slot machines. The 2nd pic is of the cc area. There is only one set of unused wires and I'm used to having more than this for an cc.  I need help locating a cc correct for the machine. I also need to understand this machine. I do have the manual.  Thanks a bunch for looking.

Power off and then power on the machine.
Do the reel reset? Be sure all four of the kickers reset. You might have one or two that are not resetting.

All reels are tight after start up. None are loose or can be turned by hand. Ill add pictures and possibly video.

I can't post videos. Sorry. iPhone.

I'm sorry you have an iPhone, too.   Tongue Out  Tongue Out  Tongue Out

If you can upload videos to YouTube with your phone, you can do that and paste the YouTube URL (web address) of the video in a post here, and it will automatically embed the video into your post.  propeller

Now I can't get anything to happen when it turns on except the screen says "TILT CALL ATTENDANT".

Do you have a Jackpot Reset key?

If you close the door and turn it counter clockwise it should show you the error that is stored.

Just a newbie here, but this is what was happening in mine....

Have seen an ordinary coin acceptor work in there.  What was the error code when you turned the reset key counter clockwise ?  Have M slot parts.

I've never seen a regular acceptor work in this machine. It came with one but it has too many pins. No error code. I don't have a key to the reset. I tried hot wiring it with little success. It looks like it just goes through the set up as well as the coin in and out.
