I have a s2000 enhanced board Lucky Strike machine that boots really slow.  It may take several minutes to boot up but game plays just fine after boot,  no errors and no problems.  I changed the board out of another machine thinking it might be a board problem but still the same thing.  Any ideas of what to check next?

What chip set are you using? SB, SG and VS? You might try swapping legacy adapters if you have a spare also

I will check the chips,  someone said it might be a weak power supply this might make sense what do you think about that possibility?

Depends, does the display come right on and start showing netex info and what not like it should as soon as you turn it on? Do lights come right on like normal? Source of the problem will be indicated by how the machine acts as it starts up. Bad caps in the power supply could slow the startup, but I wouldn't think by several minutes. Any thing's possible though...
Swap the power supply, it's a quick simple test

I have also had that problem with one machine, but would take 2-3 min to start up. It was the power supply, had bad caps.
