You may want to expand a bit on the parts you are looking for....Barcests are part S2000 and part Bonus game. Many of the lower cabinet parts are standard S2000 parts, so don't narrow yourself down to "Barcrest" parts only, or you will be paying 2-3x as much for the same part.  no

Is there a certain part you are needing? Top Dollar is the game theme, S2000 Barcest is the platform.  yes

You have an S+ Barcrest. I have  spare Barcrest Parts including power supplies. Maybe you should let us know exactly what is happening or isn't happening, codes and perhaps what it does on start up. Looks like you need a battery for starters.......

What Dale was referring to was the "12" in the display (under the reels). A "12" indicates a low battery on the MPU. You will need to fix this BEFORE we can address the TopBox issue.

You will need to get a 3.6v Lithium battery. If you have a Batteries Plus store near you, they can replace the battery for you. You can also do it yourself if you can solder.

Let us know if you have questions.

The CO3 is normal for the TOP BOX on start up. I would put the new battery in the MPU and you might be OK. If not I'm sure we can figure it out from there.

Just as long as the 3.6v lithium 1/2AA battery has leads coming off of it so it can be soldered in. I  like the wire leads cause they are a little easier to solder. Batteries Plus has them and could probably replace them for you.

The battery you listed doesn't have leads.

This battery is located in the MPU board behind the hopper. You need to slide the hopper out and you will see a metal box with a black knob on it. You have to lift straight up, it could be a little sticky but it will come up. Look inside and you will see the battery.

 Agree with Post

Agreed 100%.  The top box won't be ready until the base machine is, and the base machine won't be ready until it has a new battery.  Chances are pretty good that replacing the battery in the machine's MPU board will fix everything.

61 is a common error on S+, look at the faq detailed below on what to do to clear it.

Completely normal to get a 61 after battery change. Follow the steps I sent in the PM and you'll be set. But, you MIST follow the steps exactly.
