Here I'm again asking another noob question. On the side of the housing for the game board is a I/O card lower cabinet, looks like a 14 pin connector.
I'm trying to figure out what should be plugged into this...

Thanks for any help.

There should be a I/O card in there....looks like this:

One is in the door and one is in the cabinet on the side of the MPU housing.

A harness for backlit reels. Do you know if you have backlit reels? Look on your reels, behind the strips (atthe Pay
Ine/Home position) and see if there's anything there. If you have backlit reels, you will see 3 stacked light boxes going across each reel.

They will look like this if they are backlit:

(The silver things are the light boxes)

Or, this is they are not backlit:

Here's a pic of a reel harness for backlit reels. The silver box shown should be hanging on your back wall for backlit reels. If you look in the upper right corner of the pic, you can see the end of the harness that has a black box towards the end. This is the end that plugs into your cabinet I/O card.  yes

Got it.....Thanks...I don't have backlit reels so the I/O card will not have a connector plugged into the 14 pin on the top of the I/O.

Thank you for helping.
