Does anyone know off-hand if reels for an Alpha slant/sit-down are different than an upright?

We are having a payout problem that looks to be related to the alignment of the 2nd reel. Similar to what occurs in IGT machines when slant top reels are in an upright machine.  Upon inspection  Sherlock Smiley Sherlock Smiley, reel 2 is different. I don't know if its just a different year or revision, or if it is perhaps from a slant.

Can't you do a reel test under diagonostics and confirm the feel positions?

The machine is a customers machine. We never noticed anything out of whack, but didnt play it all that much. I have some pics to support the wacky pays. Let me see if I can get them uploaded here. Hopefully you guys can see something I'm missing.

I believe the reel in question has a slight alignment issue. The reel strip sits about 1/4" lower than the other reels/reel strips do, but I'm not sure this is causing all the screwy pays.

Ok, then they can't be slant reels....cross that off the list.

I was wondering because of the wacky pays...

Are you sure the strips are on correct reels? Correct order.
Did you do a reel alignment? When you do the reels on screen & reels should have same symbols.

Machine is not here....can't do reel alignment. Well, without walking someone through it over the phone. Will do it if I have to.

Let me check my pics and check the reel strip order! I like that one!

Sorry, we were moving some games around (well, Darrell was, I was standing in the way, as always) and now it's dinner time. I'll get the pics for you guys ASAP.

Thanks!  Hail Hail Hail

Fantilusion, you emailed me about only 3 reels spinning. Do this & 5 should work.
For your reels
turn key on side
go into diagnostics in menu
game diagnostics
reels
That should make all 5 reels work

DISREGARD - i UNDERSTOOD YOU HAD A 5 REEL GAME.

Game must be set as a Single denomination, for the Progressive

Progressive Options
– Internal/External Seven Level Progressive
° Level 1 2,000 ° Level 2 700
° Level 3 80 ° Level 4 40
° Level 5 20 ° Level 6 8
° Level 7 4
*Total Bet × Denomination

So level 1 would be 2000 X Denomination X Max Bet

Example would be 2000 X .01 X 125 = $2500

Example would be 2000 X .01 X 125 = $2500
i alway put single denom
so for me level 1:
0,20cts cause i cant put less
2000X0,20X3*= 1200$
3 it max credit per ligne
or
2000X0,20X0,6*=240
0,6 it 0,2cts X 3 credit per ligne
?
