Bally Error code 77 AFTER a RAM Clear [ SOLVED !!! ]

A Bally 6000 with a top wheel needed to be reprogramed after a power outage to get the progressive going. The machine played and the progressive increased as normal.  Then the bonus was hit. Pressing the bonus button did not make the arrow twirl around-just the sound effects. No credits were added.  Then a 77 code [communication]. Next did a RAM clear and set the options.  Checked the #1 SW to see if dips 4,5,and 6 were set OK. Played the machine and same thing happened. At no time during initializing did the arrow twirl around like it should.  Checked out the plugs and swung the wheel out for inspection.  Anyone out there know the fix ? Gordy
   It was a plug on the floor of the cabinet.  There are 4 plugs and the one on the left was only partly in.  Think during transport the line cord curled around and lifted the plug up.  The line cord was lurking nearby.  Would like to thank Bill, Wayne, Dave and others for all their help.
